Charities and non-profits

It makes us jump for joy to help people build their brand and feel confident creating it in Canva.

Many people already use Canva, including charitable and non-profit organisations, but struggle to use the tool properly and make the designs look good.

It’s our mission to help you get your important message out there, to the right people, so that you too can help as many people as possible.

The gift of Canva training

Our gift to you is our Lovely Canva Club monthly membership that you can join for FREE if you’re a charity or non-profit.

Keep up to date with Canva’s tools and features.

Monthly live trainings on Zoom, support sessions and bonus guest expert talks.

How to join as a charity or non-profit?

All you need to do is supply one or two emails and the names of the staff or volunteers that will be representing your charity.

Work or official emails are preferred but aren’t mandatory.

I will need some sort of proof that you are a genuine charity or non-profit organisation.

Send the information to Marie-Louise O’Neill’s email at

How does the gifted training work?

  • Up to two members of your organisation can have full access the membership whilst they are working or volunteering on behalf of your charity/non-profit.
  • In order to support the onboarding of new members and grow in a phased manner, we are limiting the intake of 5 charity/non-profits that can join per month.
  • These two representatives can be interchanged from time to time, as and when staff or volunteer leaves or joins your organisation.
  • The representatives will be added to the relevant newsletter lists to receive reminders and replays to trainings.
  • The trainings are currently held in a private Facebook group for the membership. We are working on an app/course site that will hold the membership, but for now are keeping things low tech and simple.
  • Free access to the membership will be granted for as long as these are running and preparing training topics and guest experts for 2024.
  • We have longterm plans to grow our paid and charitable memberships and have contingencies and options to ensure that all members have the space and resources to learn via the replays and live sessions.
